The School Systems Leaders Fellowship is a leadership development program that supports participants in cultivating the core skills—managerial, political, and strategic—to lead the charge in expanding educational opportunities for children from a systems level.
The Fellowship includes:
- A year-long placement in a district leadership role (Teach For America assists with placement)
- Six cohort seminars
- Executive coaching
- Ongoing School Systems Talent Matching support
Within two to three years of completing the Fellowship, participants will be fully prepared to undertake a school systems leadership role at the superintendent or cabinet level.
